Your home will also be advertised to thousands of Realtors throughout the Central Florida area through the MidFlorida Regional Multiple Listing Service. This will include multiple color pictures, property specifications wordsmithed to entice and appeal to prospective buyers. In addition, your listing will appear on well-known websites such as Realtor.com, RedFin, Trulia, Zillow.com, etc. to maximize our listings' exposure.
LJL Real Estate also regularly purchases click-through ads on Google both in the U.S. but also in Canada and Asia to increase your home’s internet exposure.
We will hold open house events for prospective buyers and realtors to visit, at times convenient to you. These open houses, usually held on weekends, will be advertised on our website, on the MLS, and on other websites at least a week before the event.
As part of our sales focus our agents, whenever possible, try to be on site when your property is shown by other Realtors. We do this to help prospective buyers gain a true understanding of your property and develop an emotional pull. In addition, we can answer any questions and overcome objections that the prospect may have. Prior to showings we will go to turn on lights and open blinds so the home will look bright, open and welcoming.
